Or, at least, most are ready. The big 3 have gone into hiding and have left no clues on what they’re up to. Q , usually fine with the status quo, is stuck in limbo, unsure how to move forward.

Leo has maintained scientific curiosity over the letters since their appearance, but it’s not until meeting Q that he realizes that curiosity may go beyond professional.
